Effective Date of Repeal Repeal effective June 30, 1982, and applicable with respect to claims for damages filed on or after such date, with the Secretary of Commerce under section 1845(a) of this title, see section 9(a) of Pub. L. 97–212, set out as an Effective Date of 1982 Amendment note under section 1841.
