Editorial Notes

Codification Section was enacted as part of the Children's Health Act of 2000, and not as part of the Public Health Service Act which comprises this chapter.

Amendments 2003—Subsec. (a). Pub. L. 108–173 substituted "Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services" for "Health Care Financing Administration".

1 So in original. Probably should be followed by "of".
