L. 109–162, title I, §112(d)(2), Jan. 5, 2006, 119 Stat. 2986, which required the Inspector General of the Department of Justice to submit a report to Congress not later than Dec. 31, 2006, on activities funded by the National Court-Appointed Special Advocate Association, was omitted as obsolete.
