§80306. Restrictions

(a) Profit.—The corporation may not operate for profit. (b) Political Activities.—The corporation shall be nonpolitical and nonsectarian.

In subsection (a), the word "pecuniary" is omitted as unnecessary. In subsection (b), the words "The corporation shall be" are substituted for "which purposes shall be" for clarity and consistency in the revised title.
