Editorial Notes
Codification Section, act Sept. 15, 1922, ch. 313, 42 Stat. 844, which related to marking of anchorage grounds by the Commissioner of Lighthouses, was transferred to the end of subchapter III of chapter 5 of Title 14, Coast Guard, and redesignated as section 548 of that title by Pub. L. 117–263, div. K, title CXVIII, §11808(c), Dec. 23, 2022, 136 Stat. 4166.
