Codification Section, act Sept. 1, 1954, ch. 1207, §8, 68 Stat. 1102, which authorized the Secretary of the Interior to transfer to a tribe or to a public or nonprofit body any federally owned property deemed necessary for public use and from which members of the tribes would derive benefit, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
