Codification Section, act Aug. 23, 1954, ch. 831, §1, 68 Stat. 768, which authorized the Secretary of the Interior to transfer lands held in trust by the United States for the Alabama and Coushatta Tribes to the State of Texas to be held by the State in trust for the benefit of tribes, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
