Codification Section, act Aug. 13, 1954, ch. 733, §8, 68 Stat. 726, which authorized the Secretary of the Interior to transfer to any tribe or to a public or nonprofit body any federally owned property deemed necessary for public use and from which members of the tribes would derive benefits, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
