Codification Section, act May 18, 1928, ch. 624, §6, 45 Stat. 603, which provided for judgments to be placed in the Treasury of the United States to the credit of the Indians of California and to accrue interest at the rate of 4 per centum per annum, and which set out authorized uses for the fund, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
