Codification Section, act May 18, 1928, ch. 624, §5, 45 Stat. 602, which provided for reimbursement of the State of California for necessary costs and expenses in the event that the court rendered judgment against the United States under the provisions of this subchapter, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
