Codification Section, Pub. L. 90–534, §5, Sept. 28, 1968, 82 Stat. 884, which provided that any moneys received by the Swinomish Indian Tribal Community from the sale, exchange, mortgage, or granting of a security interest in tribal land could be used for tribal purposes, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
