Codification Section, Pub. L. 92–295, §1, May 16, 1972, 86 Stat. 139, which authorized the tribal governing body to use the judgment funds, after payment of attorney fees and other litigation expenses, for any purpose approved by the Secretary of the Interior, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
