Appointment of Additional Foreign Service Officers; Termination Date Act July 3, 1946, ch. 539, §§1–4, 60 Stat. 426, which provided for appointment of 250 additional Foreign Service officers within 2 years after July 3, 1946, was repealed by Pub. L. 89–554, §8(a), Sept. 6, 1966, 80 Stat. 653.
