§4806. Protection of foreign consulates

The Secretary of State shall take into account security considerations in making determinations with respect to accreditation of all foreign consular personnel in the United States.

Amendments 1994—Pub. L. 103–236 substituted "The Secretary of State shall take into account security considerations" for "The Chief of Protocol of the Department of State shall consult with the Assistant Secretary of Diplomatic Security".
