Statutory Notes and Related Subsidiaries Transfer of Funds To Carry Out International Educational Exchange Activities Section 13 of act July 18, 1956, ch. 627, §13, 70 Stat. 565, which transferred available funds to the Department of State to carry out international educational exchange activities, was repealed by Pub. L. 87–195, pt. III, §642(a)(4). Sept. 4, 1961, 75 Stat. 460.
