Section, Pub. L. 88–579, §10, Sept. 3, 1964, 78 Stat. 907; Pub. L. 89–125, Aug. 13, 1965, 79 Stat. 518, authorized $150,000 per annum to be appropriated to the Council to carry out the purpose of this chapter. See section 960 of this title. Section was also repealed by Pub. L. 91–346, §5(d)(3)(B), July 20, 1970, 84 Stat. 445.
