Prior Provisions A prior section 64–2, Pub. L. 95–26, title I, §108, May 4, 1977, 91 Stat. 85, provided that, on and after May 4, 1977, Secretary of Senate was authorized to transfer funds between appropriations with approval of a resolution of Senate.
