L. 104–186, title II, §204(3), Aug. 20, 1996, 110 Stat. 1729, related to time of payment of salaries of officers and employees of the House of Representatives for months other than the month of December. Section 60e–1, acts Dec. 28, 1945, ch. 589, title I, 59 Stat. 633; Pub. L. 86–426, §2(c), Apr. 20, 1960, 74 Stat. 54, related to time of payment of salaries in or under the House of Representatives when the usual payday fell on Saturday.
