§607. Lump-sum payments for annual leave to separated employees

(a) The Director of the Congressional Budget Office shall have the authority to make lump-sum payments to separated employees of the Congressional Budget Office for unused annual leave. (b) Subsection (a) shall apply with respect to fiscal years beginning after September 30, 1996.
