§351. Establishment

There is hereby established a commission to be known as the Citizens' Commission on Public Service and Compensation (hereinafter referred to as the "Commission").

Editorial Notes

Amendments 1989—Pub. L. 101–194 substituted "Citizens' Commission on Public Service and Compensation" for "Commission on Executive, Legislative, and Judicial Salaries".
