Section 61, R.S. §2580, related to reports by inspectors on routes by which goods withdrawn from bonded warehouse could be exported to Mexico. Section 62, acts Dec. 18, 1890, ch. 22, 26 Stat. 690; June 17, 1930, ch. 497, title IV, §523, 46 Stat. 740, related to suspension for neglect or delinquency of officers or employees. See chapter 75 of Title 5, Government Organization and Employees, and Office of Personnel Management regulations.
