Sections, act Mar. 8, 1902, ch. 140, §§6, 7, 32 Stat. 55, related to drawbacks in connection with articles shipped to, or reexported to, the Philippines. Prior to this repeal, they had been omitted in view of the independence of the Philippines.

Statutory Notes and Related Subsidiaries

Savings Provision Subsec. (l) of section 56 of act Oct. 31, 1951, provided that the repeal of these sections shall not affect any rights or liabilities existing hereunder on the effective date of such repeal (Oct. 31, 1951).
