§426. Stones River National Battlefield; establishment; appointment of commission

A commission is created, to be composed of the following members, who shall be appointed by the Secretary of the Interior: (1) A commissioned officer of the Corps of Engineers, United States Army; (2) A veteran of the Civil War who served honorably in the military forces of the United States; and (3) A veteran of the Civil War who served honorably in the military forces of the Confederate States of America.
