§9522. Purpose

The purpose of the MBDA Business Center Program shall be to create a national network of public-private partnerships that— (1) assist minority business enterprises in— (A) accessing capital, contracts, and grants; and (B) creating and maintaining jobs;

(2) provide counseling and mentoring to minority business enterprises; and (3) facilitate the growth of minority business enterprises by promoting trade.
