§190. Discussions in commercial reports of partisan questions

No part of the consular and other commercial reports of the Department of Commerce, including circular letters to chambers of commerce, discussing partisan political, religious, or moral questions shall be published.

Statutory Notes and Related Subsidiaries

Change of Name Act Mar. 4, 1913, substituted "Department of Commerce" for "Department of Commerce and Labor".

Transfer of Functions Act Feb. 14, 1903, transferred Bureau of Statistics from Treasury Department to Department of Commerce and Labor.
