§163. Authority of other agencies

This subchapter does not revoke or impair the authority of any other Federal agency with respect to the collection or release of information.

Historical and Revision Notes Based on title 13, U.S.C., 1952 ed., §251 (Sept. 7, 1950, ch. 910, §1, 64 Stat. 784). Section was derived from part of subsection (b) of section 251 of title 13, U.S.C., 1952 ed. Subsection (a) of such section 251 is also incorporated in this subchapter, and the remainder of such subsection (b) thereof is incorporated in subchapter I of chapter 1 of this title. See Distribution Table. Changes were made in phraseology.
