No. 6084, Mar. 27, 1933, directed that act July 17, 1916, be administered by the Farm Credit Administration. Section 642, act July 17, 1916, ch. 245, title I, §2, 39 Stat. 360; Ex. Ord. No. 6084, Mar. 27, 1933, defined terms "first mortgage" and "farm-loan bonds".
