Statutory Notes and Related Subsidiaries Separability Act Aug. 23, 1935, ch. 614, title III, §346, 49 Stat. 723, provided: "If any provision of this Act, or the application thereof to any person or circumstances, is held invalid, the remainder of the Act, and the application of such provision to other persons and circumstances, shall not be affected thereby."
