§255. Guam and Virgin Islands included as "State"
For purposes of this chapter, the term "State" includes Guam and the Virgin Islands.

L. 96–513 inserted "and Virgin Islands" after "Guam" in section catchline and inserted provision respecting applicability to the Virgin Islands.
