§ 93.216 Poultry from Canada. Poultry imported from Canada is not required to meet the requirements of § 93.209 but shall meet all other requirements of this part applicable to poultry or to animals generally. [55 FR 31495, Aug. 2, 1990. Redesignated and amended at 62 FR 56012, 56015, Oct. 28, 1997] Central America and the West Indies 7 7 Importations from regions of Central America and the West Indies shall be subject to § 93.217, in addition to other sections in this part, which are in terms applicable to such importations.
