9 C.F.R. § 88.6 — Violations and penalties.
§ 88.6 Violations and penalties. (a) The Secretary is authorized to assess civil penalties of up to $5,000 per violation of any of the regulations in this part. (b) Each equine transported in violation of the regulations of this part will be considered a separate violation. (Approved by the Office of Management and Budget under control number 0579–0160)
