9 C.F.R. § 151.2 — Issuance of a certificate of pure breeding.
§ 151.2 Issuance of a certificate of pure breeding. The Administrator will issue a certificate of pure breeding for an animal claimed to be entitled to free entry under the act provided the requirements of the regulations in this part are complied with. Such certificate will be presented to the owner, agent, or importer who in turn shall present it to the collector of customs at the port where customs entry is made.
