§ 130.8 User fees for other services. (a) User fees for any service rendered by an APHIS representative for other services that are not specifically addressed elsewhere in part 130 are listed in the following table. The person for whom the service is provided and the person requesting the service are jointly and severally liable for payment of these user fees in accordance with §§ 130.50 and 130.51.
