9 C.F.R. § 116.4 — Sterilization and pasteurization -records.
§ 116.4 Sterilization and pasteurization records. Records shall be made by means of automatic recording devices or an equivalent accurate and reliable system. Such records shall be identified with the ingredients, equipment, or biological product subjected to sterilization or pasteurization.
