§ 231.3 Exemptions for private vessels and aircraft. The provision of this part relating to the presentation of arrival and departure manifests shall not apply to a private vessel or private aircraft. Private aircraft as defined in 19 CFR 122.1(h) are subject to the arrival and departure manifest presentation requirements set forth in 19 CFR 122.22. [73 FR 68309, Nov. 18, 2008]
