§ 1241.15 Lack of jurisdiction to review other country of removal. The immigration judges and the Board of Immigration Appeals have no jurisdiction to review any determination by officers of the Department of Homeland Security under 8 CFR 241.15. [70 FR 675, Jan. 5, 2005]
