7 C.F.R. § 922.235 — Assessment rate.
§ 922.235 Assessment rate. On and after April 1, 2019, an assessment rate of $2.86 per ton is established for Washington apricots handled in the production area. [85 FR 640, Jan. 7, 2020] Effective Date Note: At 87 FR 21743, Apr. 13, 2022, § 922.235 was stayed indefinitely, effective May 13, 2022.
