§ 917.5 Grower. Grower is synonymous with producer and means any person who produces fruit for market in fresh form, and who has a proprietary interest therein. [71 FR 41351, July 21, 2006, as amended at 76 FR 66605, Oct. 27, 2011] Effective Date Note: At 76 FR 66605, Oct. 27, 2011, § 917.5 was suspended indefinitely, effective Oct. 28, 2011.
