7 C.F.R. § 917.31 — Compensation and expenses.
§ 917.31 Compensation and expenses. All committee members shall serve without compensation, but said members, and their respective alternates, shall be reimbursed for expenses necessarily incurred in the performance of their duties. At its discretion any committee may request the attendance of one or more alternates at any or all meetings, notwithstanding the expected or actual presence of the respective members, and may pay expenses as aforesaid. Effective Date Note: At 76 FR 66605, Oct. 27, 2011, § 917.31 was suspended indefinitely, effective Oct. 28, 2011.
