7 C.F.R. § 915.40 — Expenses.
§ 915.40 Expenses. The committee is authorized to incur such expenses as the Secretary finds are reasonable and likely to be incurred to enable the committee to exercise its powers and perform its duties in accordance with the provisions of this part during each fiscal year. The funds to cover such expenses shall be acquired by the levying of assessments as provided for in § 915.41. [19 FR 3439, June 11, 1954.
