§ 905.9 Handle or ship. Handle or ship means to sell, transport, deliver, pack, prepare for market, grade, or in any other way to place fruit in the current of commerce within the production area or between any point in the production area and any point outside thereof. [81 FR 10455, Mar. 1, 2016]
