7 C.F.R. § 905.40 — Expenses.
§ 905.40 Expenses. The committee is authorized to incur such expenses as the Secretary finds are reasonable and likely to be incurred to carry out the functions of the committee under this subpart during each fiscal period. The funds to cover such expenses shall be acquired by the levying of assessments upon handlers as provided in § 905.41. [22 FR 10734, Dec. 27, 1957.
