7 C.F.R. § 51.37 — Charges for fees, rates, and expenses.
§ 51.37 Charges for fees, rates, and expenses. For each carlot of product inspected, a fee or rate determined in accordance with §§ 51.38 and 51.39, and expenses determined in accordance with § 51.40, shall be paid by the applicant. [56 FR 55800, Oct. 30, 1991]
