7 C.F.R. § 29.3618 — Rule 17.

§ 29.3618 Rule 17. Any lot of tobacco which is not green but contains over 30 percent of variegated leaves shall be described as “variegated” and designated by the color symbol “M.” Variegated leaves may be included in any group to the following extent: In the third quality, 10 percent; in the fourth quality, 20 percent; and in the fifth quality, 30 percent.
