7 C.F.R. § 28.903 — Classification of samples.
§ 28.903 Classification of samples. The Director, or an authorized representative, upon the receipt of a producer's cotton sample which complies with the regulations in this subpart shall, as hereinafter provided, furnish to such producer or to an agent designated by the producer the classification in accordance with the official cotton standards of the United States.
