7 C.F.R. § 28.189 — Expenses to be borne by party requesting classification.
§ 28.189 Expenses to be borne by party requesting classification. For any samples submitted for foreign-growth classification, all expenses related to the sampling and transportation of samples, which may include but is not limited to any fees related to Customs clearance such as fumigation and/or phytosanitary certification, shall be prepaid by the owner of the cotton or the owner's agent.
