7 C.F.R. § 28.181 — Withdrawal of classification request.
§ 28.181 Withdrawal of classification request. Any classification or comparison request may be withdrawn by the applicant at any time before the classification of the cotton covered thereby. If the withdrawal request is communicated after the classification/comparison has been started, the applicant shall pay the fees prescribed in § 28.188. [81 FR 7030, Feb. 10, 2016]
