§ 28.179 Lost or damaged samples. The Program is not responsible for compensating the owner or owner's agent of cotton samples that are lost, damaged or mutilated prior to the Program taking receipt of said samples. The Program shall inform applicants in the event that samples are lost, damaged or mutilated. [81 FR 7030, Feb. 10, 2016]
