7 C.F.R. § 27.91 — Advance deposit may be required.
§ 27.91 Advance deposit may be required. If requested by the Area Director with whom the classification request is required to be filed or by the Director, the person from whom any payment under this subpart may become due shall make an advance deposit to cover such payment in such amount as may be necessary in the judgment of the official requesting the same.
