6 C.F.R. § 5.32 — Contracts for the operation of systems of records.

§ 5.32 Contracts for the operation of systems of records. As required by 5 U.S.C. 552a(m), any approved contract for the operation of a system of records to accomplish an agency function will contain the standard contract requirements issued by the General Services Administration to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Privacy Act for that system. The contracting component will be responsible for ensuring that the contractor complies with these contract requirements.
